Work of Self is an experience of body, art, and presence at TropiGalpão. The journey begins with a silent encounter with the venue’s art, followed by an accessible movement practice led by Ellen and a Deeksha guided by Rafa. Afterwards, each participant may contribute to a temporary collective artwork. The gathering concludes around a light table with fruit, juices, and water. No previous yoga experience is required, nor do you need to share personal stories or be celebrating a birthday.
